Grief and loss are universal, and yet, we can often feel isolated and alienated when we experience a loss. You don’t have to do it alone.

I support clients who are facing:

  • a life-changing medical diagnosis

  • grief, adjusting to their life without their loved one

  • how to memorialize, ritualize, and commemorate the life of their loved one, both in large and small, ongoing ways

  • secondary losses that come from grief - loss of community, friendships, hope, etc.

  • caregiving

  • non-death losses, such as the loss of a relationship, friendship, job, immigration/moving, or infertility (TTC)
